You may create an unlimited number of 'documents' related to particular companies, particular groups or general documents for corresponding with contacts. A typical document might be a form letter which you can print or send via email to an individual contact or a group of contacts or mail merge that you defined earlier. The system also allows you to upload your own documents and associate them with a client, contact or project.
