The Contact111 system automatically keeps track of your staff's time worked by project according to their timesheet entries. Each person's productivity is graphed for ease of management. All work done by your staff is entered into the timesheet system and is summarized to track and bill customers for work performed. Work done can be marked as billable or non-billable and non-labor items such as materials and supplies can be documented for billing against any project.
A number of reports are available with variable searches to provide you with all of the information you need.
Hourly Summary provides a list of your staff and summarizes their time.
Productivity for each individual can be obtained with billable and non-billable time.
Project Summary displays brief project summaries for management.
Company Summary shows all time billed by company over a selected date range.
Billing Summary shows only time not yet billed by company for billing purposes. Data can be manually copied and pasted into your accounting software invoices or automatically imported into QuickBooks.
Billing Summary (Next Month) shows time not yet billed for the following month.
